Neues Feature im Tokyo Release: Upgrade Kit

ServiceNow feature releases provide new features – some of them are very useful, some make the day-to-day user of ServiceNow much easier, some introduce a functionality that have been long awaited. So, upgrades in ServiceNow are not just mandatory, but a very welcome feature. In the past, identifying relevant features was a lot of work. This has been improved by the introduction of Upgrade Kit with Tokyo release.

Upgrades can be complicated, especially if the resources for the upgrade are spread across the organization, and on several websites of ServiceNow.
